They were building systems without realising it.

It was direction.
During this period, Bud was busy scaling his heating business…while Max was running his and actively Googling “careers outside of plumbing” after long days on the tools. Same trade. Very different ideas.

The name “Early Dart” comes from the mindset they’d always worked by get the job done properly, hit the target early, and get home on time.

The name "Early Dart" was born.

To leave somewhere earlier than usual or expected.

Corey had his role as an apprentice.
Parky was deep in sales.
Rach was balancing design and photography. So Early Dart was built in spare hours, evenings, weekends, and full nights of long graft in a small office/garage space. Laptops open, whiteboards out, learning as we went. It wasn’t polished. But it was consistent effort.

Strategy sessions. Whiteboards. Systems mapped properly. This was the turning point that made Early Dart.
To do this they would have to build a company that would be profitable in its first year. Not the next Uber of *insert clever idea*.

We came from building real businesses first. That experience shapes how we approach every project practical, structured, and focused on long-term results.

“Early Dart was never about building some flashy startup. It was about building a solid, profitable business doing something we genuinely believe in. We’ve built real companies ourselves, so we know the pressure, the risk, and the responsibility that comes with it. This gives us the chance to help other business owners fix the problems we once had to figure out the hard way. We get to work with different industries, see how they operate, and build systems that actually move things forward. Right now, the goal is simple build a strong business that helps other businesses grow properly. If our clients win, we win.”
Max, Co-founder of Early Dart
We’ve refined the systems. What started in spare hours and long nights in a garage is now a solid setup with clear roles and clear direction. Now we’re ready to help other businesses. Because to us, Early Dart means:
Get the work done. Get home early.
Work hard today. Enjoy tomorrow.
And build a business that works for you not the other way round.
You've heard our story, it's now time for the world to hear yours.
